Why the Change?
KiKi began as a queer-focused dating app, aiming to create meaningful connections. However, as we listened to our community, we realized there was a greater need for building and strengthening friendships. Many users shared that forming new friendships felt just as important—and often even more impactful—than dating.
What We Learned
From KiKi, we discovered that people crave authentic ways to connect beyond romantic relationships. Friendships enrich lives, build communities, and create spaces for support and belonging. This insight inspired us to evolve.

Unlike dating apps, Pulse focuses on helping you rally friends for spontaneous plans and grow your social circle through shared experiences.
